2. Quotes and Payments
- All quotes are provided free of charge and valid for 30 days.
- Work will only begin once a quote has been accepted in writing.
- Payment terms will be clearly stated on invoices; late payments may incur interest charges.
3. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a call-out fee.
4. Liability
While we take every care to ensure quality workmanship, Hype Maintenance is not liable for:
- Damage caused by misuse or external contractors after completion.
- Delays due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, supplier issues).
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of service completion for review.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England.
